April 4, 5, & 6 at CASA CASCADAS: GREEK ODYSSEY

Hors de oeuvres: Spanokopita- Spinach and Goat Cheese Phyllo Turnovers &
Grilled Shrimp with Tomato-Lemon-Mint Dip
Soup: Greek Fish "Chowder"
Salad: Mixed Greens with Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Olives, Feta, Pita Croutons
Fish: Grilled Halibut in an Orange-Oregano Marinade on Orzo Salad, topped
with Tzatziki, a yogurt-based lemony relish
Meat: Spice-rubbed Beef Tenderloin, Red Wine Demiglaze, Roasted Artichokes

Dessert: Karidopita- a Greek Walnut Spice Cake served with Honey Cinnamon

The evening begins at 6:30 PM with a sunset reception. The prix fixe for
Chef Alex Mazzocca's six-course tasting service is $85 per guest, which
includes wine pairings and tax. Cocktails and vintage wines are available
for purchase. Seating is limited. Cash or check.
