Brodetto- A traditional seafood soup with tomato and saffron.

Lasagna Marchigiana- With pork, prosciutto, mushrooms and vegetables in a besciamella sauce

Tonno con Finocchio- Seared fresh tuna steak with ground fennel in a tomato orange sauce
Maiale alla Griglia- Grilled pork rack chop with sage and tomato on caramelized onion polenta
